7 things we’ll always try to do

We come from diverse agency and in-house backgrounds, so we believe we have a good idea of what works and what clients like.

So with us…

  1. the senior people won’t disappear after one meeting, never to be seen again
  2. we get beneath the surface of our client’s business, to provide solutions that are relevant… we evolve these in an iterative way – from the moment we meet
  3. we never pretend to know as much about our clients' business as our clients...our role is to ask the right questions and capture what the client wants to say
  4. we are totally in support of our clients and adjust everything to ensure what we do works for them and their own personal and organisational needs
  5. we don’t do fixed retainers (you pay for our time which we itemise in our bills), but we do do transparent and regular budget management... if you don’t like what we do we walk away at any time
  6. we do expect you to praise us if appropriate but also tell us where we can improve… we have brilliant relationships with our best clients… the more you let us in, the more we understand, the more we can help
  7. we also believe in a light touch approach, ensuring you implement and we transfer knowledge and expertise – this way costs are kept to a minimum and it enables you to sustain the change. There are times though, when it is appropriate for us to deliver and deliver brilliantly
