Moneyline’s strategy of growth – both in scale and geography – required a determined new management team to demonstrate it could uphold the core principles of an ethically founded business. Our role was to help communicate this – both internally and to their external stakeholders.
The business is a successful social enterprise in operation for over 10 years with highly galvanised staff. Moneyline’s ‘advisors’ provide credit to those in society who have no access to regular banking and who could be vulnerable to high-interest payday lenders. We realised that the advisor-customer relationships were paramount to Moneyline’s success.
We created a look and feel and a tone of voice that was reflective of the advisor’s supportive role to the customer.Building on this we developed a brand presentation that hinged on this valued relationship.
Moneyline is continuing to grow and retain trust through voicing their devotion to customer support as well as communicating with inner confidence.
