If there is anybody who personifies the spirit of Pulse it is Laura. Her Canadian frontiers spirit comes across in everything she does or thinks including, 'What do you mean there are no bears in England?'

Nothing is too much for Laura. Her enthusiasm and kindness are infectious. Everybody is fundamentally good and with this perspective on life she keeps us on our toes and organised. She is fantastic with clients and is also our project manager extraordinaire. What more can I say?
