Richard is the new boy at Pulse but it feels like he’s been here from the beginning. Otherwise known as Andrew’s twin. They dress the same. Talk the same. Both love cycling. We often overhear them chattering away about the calories in their soup, like two teenage girls.

Richard’s real passion is built design and he is brilliant at it. His CV is to die for. Some of the things that come out of his head are incredible. We are very lucky to have him.
