Eni and bp formed a joint venture to better support Angola's current energy needs and help the country develop lower carbon solutions for the future.
The new organisation needed an identity, as well as a vision and principles to bring together two cultures.
Our role:
  • Worked directly with the brand teams from bp and Eni to develop a company name and identity
  • Worked with operational leaders to develop a culture based on trust and respect for each other's strengths and differences
